01 / The Challenge

Real-time
or nothing

A dashboard that needs a refresh button is a report. The bar for this MVP: boards that live — data flowing in from customers' own sources, several people editing at once, and the whole thing installable like a native app.

Live by
default

Every component on a board reflects data the moment it changes — synchronized through the cloud for all collaborators at once, with sharing and invitations built in.

An app, not
a web page

Delivered as a progressive web app: installable on the desktop, offline-capable shell, served and updated from the cloud with no deployment friction for users.

Proven in
production

The MVP had to survive contact with reality: after launch it carried 6 pilot projects, each bound to real customer data sources through live connectors.

"They responded incredibly fast to evolving client demands and delivered new features even faster than our clients were ready to adopt them."
